Republicans need to fight it out during the primaries, but come together and support the Republican during the general elections.
Too many Republicans wanted to "teach a lesson" to the Republicans in the general election, and now we have "Democrats Gone Wild!" in office.

Don, you are wrong, and your kind of thinking is what is destroying the Republican Party.
If the GOP candidate is guaranteed your vote -- no matter what idiotic policies that candidate supports -- then you can be sure that your voice will not be respected by the Republican Party. This is why the GOP elite has become so tone-deaf and unresponsive to the party's conservative grassroots, because the grassroots adopts your unprincipled "lesser of two evils" mentality, which aids and abets the corruption of the elite.
