The Fifth Circuit has ruled, after only 90 minutes of deliberation, that District Judge Feldman was correct to strike down the drilling moratorium and further that he was correct to decline to stay his order vacating the moratorium.

The speed by which the Justices of the Fifth Circuit ruled indicates that they will not be receptive to hearing an appeal en banc. Therefore we can expect an appeal to the Supreme Court in short order. Because Obama does not know how to recognize when he has had his ass kicked.
