Remember the nutjob cop that tried to sue the parents of a brain damaged child that had almost drowned because she slipped and fell in a puddle of water? She's HISTORY.

I don't recall the incident, but wouldn't workman's comp have covered her medical costs? Tragic for the family about their child. Our society has become sue-crazy.
I couldn't quite understand that lawsuit myself. People pleaded with her not to do this, but she did it anyway. It's a shame too because one article said she was good officer. Of course what is said publicly and behind closed doors can be two different things.
