What happens when you remove the gallbladder from a politician with an excess of Gall?
They die of course....
John Murtha, dead at 77 from complications from gallbladder surgery. I guess these doctors have never worked on a liberal politician.... they didn't know that gall is what kept them going.

War hero dies; you crack a joke. Good one.
He lost the right to be considered a "war hero" when he attacked the US Marines at Haditha and accused them of war crimes without any evidence.
(they were cleared of all charges, just in case you didn't bother to check just like your buddy Murtha...)
