Borris Miles has a problem

It would appear that a potential lawsuit arising from his questionable shooting of a thief the other day is not the only problem Borris Miles faces. I'm still trying to ascertain all the relevant details, but there is a woman on a Republican MSN group who is contending that she was sexually assaulted by Rep. Miles. She further claims that she has turned over videotaped evidence of the assault to the Harris County DA's office.

If I learn more I will pass it on......

Just remember what we learned from the Duke Lacrosse case. An accusation does not mean guilt, especially if its towards public figures. If he's guilty, burn him at the stake. But until we know all the facts, innocent until proven guilty seems to be working pretty well so far.

I think that the can of worms is slowly floating to the top. Puttin a whooping on an unarmed thief, by shooting them as the flee is certainly not in defense of one's well being.

The sexual charge might do this guy in, as we learn that our politicialns are not so "saintly."

The MSN Group that Rorschach mentioned above is one that I manage. The member who posted this message is a lady whom I hold in high esteem and do not doubt her honesty.

The Harris County DA has confirmed the charges and states that the case is "under investigation". Some of the local press in Houston is also investigating Mr. Miles and it is only a matter of time that this becomes a public affair. I am confident that the truth will come out in time.
