Where UPS is limited to their common carrier restrictions in air parcel delivery, FedEx has no restrictions when they compete against UPS in ground delivery.<br /><br />UPS has been trying to level the playing field ever since I worked for them in the 90's; I'm sure they have been at it since FedEx arrived on the scene. <br /><br />And both UPS and FedEx are at a disadvantage competing against USPS in ground and air delivery.
